Our Goal

Our primary goal is to help individuals with chronic pain to reach their highest functional capacity. We accomplish this by:

• Assisting and educating patients in better understanding their pain

• Demonstrating and implementing means of improving function and activity

• Educating in traditional, complementary and holistic approaches to pain

• Optimizing medication usage

• Assisting in return to productive activity — employment or otherwise

Referral and Evaluation Process

Patients are referred directly by their physician, nurse case manager, other healthcare provider, insurance carrier or attorney. Patients are evaluated first by a physician, then by a pain psychologist and physical therapist. The evaluation team then meets with the full clinical staff to make treatment recommendations.
