The Functional Restoration Program
Our Functional Restoration Program is a comprehensive approach to pain management. Patients see practitioners from several disciplines in a single setting. Frequent and ongoing communication between practitioners supports continuous monitoring of patient progress.
Entrance into the program involves an initial assessment and consultation to determine the appropriate treatment plan. The chart below shows the positive impact reported by patients who completed our 8 week program.
This data reflects self-reports from 140 consecutive patients who participated in the Functional Restoration Program, June 2005 - May 2008. The patients rated the categories listed using a standard 0 - 10 scale, with score of low (0) to high (10). The patients in this data sample were 38% Worker's Comp, 27% Medicare, and 35% private insurance / cash patients.
